Challenge
A team of Technical Managers/Team Leaders was required to back up head office's team during a hot pre-release period. The main responsibility was coordination of other teams and responding to occurring changes and roll-out/operational issues. It was required to have a few people on site promptly, grasping all the technical details of the project and performing (both development & management) after a few weeks of training.
Results
A team of 2 consultants (including 1 certified SCRUM master) was formed within a week after the request and by the end of the first month they worked at the customer's office. In a few months a unit of 3 capable technical specialists with strong .NET background as well with leadership skills proceeded working at the project from ScienceSoft Minsk office visiting head office once in a few months.
